Whines:  Not ready yet! <resets alarm>

8:00 AM:  BEEP BEEP BEEP

But my arm hurts and I don’t feel well.  <grumbles>  Stupid immunizations.  <resets alarm>

8:30 AM:  BEEP BEEP BEEP

<sigh>  No one’s going to train for me . . . I’ll feel better once I get up and go . . . Maybe I’ll write and then leave . . . Just get up and get dressed.

9:15 AM:  Out the door!

Hopefully I’ll be back with what was a successful 7 mile run!
